Products, descriptions, design, colors, or appearance of products and services described or displayed on the Website are for illustration purposes only, in order to simulate the desired product for the user in the closest and best possible way. If you have identified a significant gap between the actual appearance of the desired product and the product appearing through the Website, please contact us so that we can act to correct it, at the sole discretion of “Hair Clinic”. In any case, “Hair Clinic” will not be responsible in connection with any product and/or recipe and/or recommendations detailed or displayed on or through the Website.
It is possible that some of the content or links displayed through the Website or through other “Hair Clinic” websites, including recipes, information, data, products, videos, text, audio, etc. (hereinafter together “the Content”), will be linked or available through websites, pages, and channels (hereinafter “the Pages”) managed by third parties, including on the Facebook page; on the YouTube channel; and on the Instagram profile, etc. Viewing the content of external pages, whether directly through the Website or on the pages themselves, is subject to the terms and conditions, terms of use, and privacy policy of the websites hosting them and the companies behind them. Therefore, if you use one or more of the pages, it is recommended to also review the terms of the website hosting it/them.
Any person over the age of 18 with legal capacity who owns/holds a valid credit card issued and honored in Israel by one of the authorized credit card companies in Israel (hereinafter: “credit card”) may purchase products on the website.
Prices on the Website include VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Prices do not include shipping—shipping details and shipping costs according to the customer’s choice as detailed in the ordering process.
Website visitors will be entitled from time to time to promotions and benefits as published from time to time. It is emphasized that if promotions are published on the Website, these promotions may change from time to time, and in any case, there is no doubling of promotions and discounts.
It is clarified that the following details are specified on the Website: “Price”—the regular price of the product without discount, “Website Price”—the price offered to the consumer after the discounts given on the Website.
Every purchase on the Website will be made by payment with a regular credit card only. Payment will not be accepted by any other means of payment; however, you can contact us directly for payment directly not through the Website.
Upon completion of the order, an email will be sent to the customer with the details of the order placed, which will constitute confirmation of receipt of the order by “Hair Clinic”. Execution of the transaction is subject to approval by the credit company.
An order placed through the website will be charged and sent to the customer after the products are collected and prepared for shipment to the customer. In cases where a particular product cannot be supplied, the existing products will be sent and the customer will not be charged for the product that could not be supplied.

Shipping Options
1. For purchases on the Website in the amount of ₪550 and above—free shipping to the customer’s home within 5 business days* except for exceptional areas according to the delivery times of the shipping company.
2. For purchases on the Website in the amount of less than ₪550—shipping at a cost of ₪35 to the customer’s home within 5 business days* except for exceptional areas according to the delivery times of the shipping company.
Delivery
The delivery time of the order and its cost (according to the customer’s choice) are according to the delivery service schedules according to the customer’s choice, and it is not possible to commit to exact dates or guarantee the quality of service of the shipping company.
“Hair Clinic” makes every effort to ensure that its products are supplied as quickly as possible from the moment the order is confirmed. In any case and for any reason, “Hair Clinic” does not commit to the time of arrival of the shipment to its destination from the moment the order is placed. However, in any case of a problem with the supply of products, you are welcome to contact “Hair Clinic” and we will do everything in our power to expedite the delivery time.
In the case of delivery by courier to the home, you are required to be available at the phone number you provided and to coordinate a time to receive the products. If you are not at home at the scheduled time, the package will be left at the door only if explicit prior written consent (or by written message) has been received from the customer, and in this case, the responsibility for the package will be on the customer. The Website will not be responsible for delay and/or lateness in shipping carried out by a shipping company that is affected by force majeure and/or strikes and/or shutdowns and/or lack of response from the customer to coordinate the shipment.
In any case of transaction cancellation, the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 1981, will apply, including the provisions of the Consumer Protection Regulations (Transaction Cancellation), 2010, which were enacted pursuant to it. In any case of contradiction between the provisions of the law and regulations and the provisions of these terms and conditions, the provisions of the law and regulations will apply.

For online purchases—through the Website
In a distance sale transaction or in any sale of cosmetics, any consumer may cancel the transaction within 14 days from the date of the transaction or from the day of receiving written confirmation of the transaction, whichever is later, and for a consumer included in special populations (a person with a disability, a senior citizen, or a new immigrant) within four months from the date of its execution and/or from the date of receipt of the product, whichever is later, provided that it is not perishable goods or a product whose packaging has been opened.
In cases where the customer wishes to cancel a transaction due to a defect in the product and/or due to a discrepancy between the product received and the details provided to them by Hair Clinic and/or due to non-delivery of the product on time and/or due to any other breach allegedly caused to them by Hair Clinic, they will contact Hair Clinic in one of the ways mentioned above, and subject to the correctness of their claims, their money will be refunded without charging cancellation fees.
For cancellation of a transaction not for the reasons listed above, a cancellation fee of 5% of the product cost or ₪100 will be charged—whichever is lower. If the customer chooses to receive a credit voucher instead of a cash refund, there will be no cancellation fee charge.
It is not possible to cancel a transaction regarding perishable products, dietary supplements, or products whose packaging has been opened.
In transactions where a gift/gifts were given together with the ordered product, and the customer wishes to cancel the transaction, the company will be entitled to deduct the market value of the gift as displayed on the Website, or to demand its return as a condition for canceling the transaction.
₪50 will be deducted from the refund amount for each gift given to the customer and not returned by them together with the product.
“Hair Clinic” takes care to provide its customers with high-quality, functional, and valid hair products. However, in the event that a defective product is received (including a product that was opened leaking, with an unusual odor, improper texture, or whose packaging was damaged before use), the customer must notify the company as soon as possible and no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, with appropriate documentation (such as clear photos of the product and the defect). After receiving and reviewing the inquiry, and if it is found that it is indeed a defect originating from manufacturing, storage, or transportation, the company will be entitled, at its discretion, to offer product replacement, credit, or full or partial cash refund.
It is clarified that the warranty will not apply to products that have been used, except for reasonable initial use for inspection purposes, and will also not apply to cases of personal sensitivity, allergic reaction, or personal incompatibility with the product. Additionally, no warranty will apply to defects caused by use not in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, improper storage, or negligent handling of the product after delivery to the customer.
“Hair Clinic” and/or anyone on its behalf do not bear any responsibility regarding the consumption of the products offered on the Website by you, including allergy to any of the product ingredients and/or side effects that may appear as a result of the customer’s sensitivity to various ingredients, the customer’s storage of the product in unsuitable conditions, or its consumption after a date that does not match the nature of the product. Consumption of the products offered on the Website is the sole responsibility of the customer.
It is hereby clarified that these products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Results may vary from person to person. This information does not constitute medical advice and should not be relied upon as such.
“Hair Clinic” and/or anyone on its behalf, including but not limited to its managers, employees, shareholders, and affiliated companies, are not responsible and will not be responsible, in any case whatsoever, and will not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damage and/or any other damage arising from an order placed on the Website, and/or its non-delivery and/or a defect in the product, and in any case, the amount of “Hair Clinic’s” liability to you is limited to the amount paid by you for the product, except in cases of bodily injury resulting directly from a defect in the product according to the provisions of mandatory law (which cannot be contracted out of).
You agree and undertake to defend “Hair Clinic”, to release it from liability, and to fully indemnify “Hair Clinic”, its employees, managers, affiliated companies, or anyone on their behalf, for any damage, loss, deprivation, payment, or expense caused to them, directly or indirectly, including reasonable attorney’s fees, expert fees, and legal expenses, in connection with or due to your breach of the terms of use and/or for any claim, demand, and/or lawsuit raised against “Hair Clinic” and/or anyone on its behalf, by any of your representatives and/or by any third party in connection with and/or as a result of your use (of any kind) of the Website.
A user who uses the Website in violation of the usage rules or the provisions of the law will be obligated to compensate “Hair Clinic” and to indemnify it and/or its employees, managers, shareholders, or anyone on behalf of these for any direct and/or indirect damage, including loss, loss of profit, payment, or expense caused to them—including attorney’s fees and legal expenses, all upon first demand and accordingly.
From time to time, links will be published on the Website to various pages on the Internet. The links allow you to find content published on the Internet.
